The next Holly Point HOA meetingwill be Tuesday, September 16th, at 7pm. Meeting will take place at 3156 Holly Point
We will be addressing the letters that were sent to several homes along Holly Point, Hawthorne, and Mulberry. PLEASE NOTE - NO ONE HAS RECEIVED A VIOLATION The letters are intended to bring this infomation to your attention - ONLY. At the meeting we will be discussing what the HOA Board has learned from TVA and other agencies about TVA and homeowner responsibilities regarding the easement. If you have any questions or concerns we hope to see you there.
The Holly Point Community is a Homeowner's Association(HOA) neighborhood that consist of 120 homes.
The community is located off of Hornbuckle Road and is less than 1 mile from the I-24 and Exit 11 interchange, the Clarksville exit closest to Nashville. Homes in the community range between 1250 sq.ft to no more than 3,000 sq. ft. of finished livable space. The community is in a great school district Carmel Elementary School (Kirkwood Elementary once completed - est. Fall 2024), Kirkwood Middle, and Kirkwood High School. The neighborhood is also located close to a variety of businesses and services to include emergency medical, restaurants, grocery stores, doctor and dentist offices as well as automobile sales and repair. Holly Point truly is a hidden jewel of Clarksville and Montgomery County!
The annual dues are $40.00 paid by March 31st.
Any dues not received will be considered late and will have a $10 late fee added and homeowners names are sent to the HOA attorney for enforcement and/or liens placed on home.
The Holly Point HOA Board is made up of homeowners in our community and is completely voluntary. The responsibilities of the HOA board is to up hold the Deeds and Restrictions for all 120 homes in our HOA community. Board members are elected annually and meet monthly to address any concerns within our community.

Holly Point HOA Meeting

Architectural Submission/Application Form
The HOA is excited to bring the community a more streamline way to request for Architectural changes within the community. You may now submit a request for your property online. Want to build that shed, fence or pool? Now you can send your request online in just a few minutes. The HOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will receive your request and begin the process for approval. Simply click the link below to access the Google Form submission page. As always you can reach out to the HOA board via email or phone if you have any questions. We hope this new feature will allow the community to maintain its Architectural curb appeal while expediting the approval process.

Hornbuckle Development
After speaking with the developer it appears they are building several Townhomes and Single Family homes in the Hornbuckle Lot.

Other Developments on Hornbuckle and Nearby The field under the power lines will be the new John Deer Heavy Equipment Distribution Center. The county has added in a turn lane to help with the influx in traffic and trucks that will be using Hornbuckle once all developments have completed. The new DMV will be opening soon as they complete the parking lot. And Next door is going to be a dentist and sleep study center for what information that has been provided. St. Thomas Hospital was approved by the state and development is intended to start ASAP with a completion date within the next 3-4 years.
